I never knew I was coming😂
🤣
terrible knife for the price that feels kinda just like a cash grab. we know that magnacut on balisongs or even like m390 can be done for a comptetent price with the gaboon and even something like the maxace phantom, both of which range from 100 to 400 dollars cheaper… with titanium and 7075 alu compared to stainless steel???? benchmade created a knife that i feel tried to play both sides of flipping and daily driver and failed horribly at both flipping wise: no bushings, absolute trash qc, washers done terribly dailydriver wise: s30v??????? good steel sure but for 500-550?????? wtf, no latch, and blade wobble :/ kinda hard to imagine how hard this flopped sucks cuz the blade looks sick
Seems to be the average take on it, good points👍
Grinding it up that high, isn't there concern for edge retention?
The height of the grind, no. It is more about how thick the edge is. You can take the grind up high to decrease the bind point, and leave the edge thick enough to really take some abuse. Both are possible. Good question!
One of the best Kizer knives I've owned. It's a SLICER. Beautiful design too.
Isn’t it!😍
That's gorgeous
You should see it in person!😎😍
Keep going 🤣🤣
🤣
Can’t have assisted in Australia 😞 a Manual would be great
Ohh man that’s no fun! They have plenty more manuals as well👍
Maybe if they make it half the size, it'll cost half the money. 😂😂
That would make sense lol, you would think Benchmade would have SOME logic to their pricing🙃🤷♂️
Give it a hamon line?
It won’t be polished enough to see a hamon line. It will be pretty rustic. But we may do one for functionality. We will see.
Stupid totally useless video! 🤡💩💩💩
Just like this comment👍
My favorite "Grips" are my Benchmade Doug Ritters!!!
Wish they still made em!
How is the flipper detachable? I’ve never heard of one doing that. Does it jeopardize the knife in anyway
We don’t think it does, we assume it’s to give the original sheepdog look, don’t think there is a problem or con to on or off.
Want me to LIKE your video? Present BETTER AUDIO. Get a personal mic and USE IT. You sound desperate and incompetent. Change that with a personal mic.
If you go online, our address is there and we would gladly take a donation of any audio equipment you think we would need, really appreciate the contribution, can’t wait to see them in the mail!🙏👍
That's a nice knife but I'm not 350 dollars for it! I love Benchmade but they're getting out of range now
Some of the knives yes, others are worth their price in our opinion
Da boochah blade 🥩🥩
😎😎😎
Nice peice thoe...how much 3 thousand dollars 😂😂 give me a break ...my dream knife is a benchmade adira ...or 940 osbourne.. one man can only dream ^^^$$^^^
Right on bud
Bought the Adira at launch, sent it back because the lanyard was in the way, scales were too soft (could have them bend by barely squeezing the knife while holding in a normal position) and placement of the axis lock compared to position of the hand (due to the lanyard, I think) was too uncomfortable. I have big hands so maybe that’s one of the reasons why the lanyard was bugging me so much but, for reference, my hand covered the entire handle. Also, because of the grivory, it felt cheap for a 250$ knife ($400 CAD) Edit: I bought the PSK a couple days ago and it’s supposed to get here on Tuesday. I hope I don’t have the same issues with it as I did with the Adira (which is very unlikely), in which case, I’ll be more than happy to say that I have a 350$ knife in my collection
@@JayBeaudoin hellz ya I wish I had one also...maybe it's not 4 everyone really light weight magnacut blade...and yu can take the lanyard off if yu didn't know ..dats my dream knife..I held it and played around wit it cuz. My friend has one and honestly it didn't feel cheap 2 me and the scales were super grippy ..your lucky would have never bought it back . Dat thing is a cutting machine ^^^$$^^^ ^^^$$^^^
👍
Benchmade is just too expensive.
Some knives yes
Can you use this on knife blades and handles to prevent rusting in storage?
We wouldn’t recommend that because this oil is very viscous and will run off quickly. We like to use Howard’s “Wax it all” for blades and handles.
@@serenityknives thank you🙏🏻🫡
👍
Now we'll do a dynamic strength test by smashing it in a boulder from the Misty Mountains followed by a sharpness test by slicing through a row of Shire apples.
🤔…..🤣
Sweet. Fyi, your title says 945, not 940.
Really appreciate that, changed it👍
Nice brotha
👍
God it's gorgeous. and alot bigger than it looks without a hand on it..(That's what he said)
😳…..🤣
Bro it's just so tired of it😂
He plays a good part.
So is it worth the price??
We would say it is right on point, in CPM MagnaCut, great shape and comfortable in the hand. Yes, it is worth the price.
This guy is an imposter, his name is written on a piece of tape!
lol
Yes sir!
👍
Worth $400. I think not.
I completely understand.
I would like to see a manual version without the fixed blade locking mechanism. The axis lock is impeccable, for an edc folder it’s all you will need and more. The PSK is an absolute unit, very handsome knife. Just would like to see it in a Adamans or Adira type of price range.
A manual version would be cool, which would automatically take off the what they call the fixed blade lock. They put that lock on all of their side opening autos and assisted knives. I have NO idea why they changed the name or marketing behind that lock, up til this point it has been an in the pocket lock. Understood about the price range, it has a more complex handle, and milling work on the blade, so it will always be a little more expensive.
That's pretty good 😂
Thanks!😂
such a beautiful little tool. Need one
The Bailout is a great EDC!
Benchmade is over priced shit
Any points you’d like to share with that sophisticated statement buddy👍👍?
@@serenityknives 🤣
👍
Nice work
Thanks!
No just no 😂
🤷♂️
Badass

🤣
Forces
Like gravity or Star Wars?
Thats rad
What did you sharpen with?
We start on a 120, go to 400 on our grinders, strop on a wetstone then leather
😳
😎
I'm definitely keeping sharp focus on this.
🤣🤣🤣
There is nothing dull here!
Until 5 minutes later. Sharpen an axe to that level, you will soon realize it isn’t worth it. Your edge is so small that it becomes brittle, chips and becomes the dullest thing south of the mason-Dixon.
🤣🤣
But this is a kitchen knife😬
@@serenityknives just an example in a vacuum. I chop with kitchen knives regularly dealing with large pieces of meat and whole fish. Filet knife, razor sharp, kitchen knife, equally sharp with a low angle for as much metal left on that edge as possible
🙃
Bro nutted
that laugh is horrendous
If you swipe up it’ll go to a different video 👍😬
I would love to add this to my collection
It’s a BEAUTY!
thats a really nice blade
Benchmade does a nice Drop!
To be honest I love my green scales with purple liner. But who can look away from a Magnacut blade. So I purchased the Osborne 940-03 and switched out the blade. 😁
Now that’s an idea!🤔😎
Any new colors for this announced?
Not that we know of at the moment
Maybe turn the belt on the other way so you don’t burn your shirt when you sharpen the sword.
🤔🤔🤔
That's what she said
🤣🤣
That white blade is sick.
You should see the engraving!😎
Jake is HOT!!!
It's paring, not pairing. But cool knife.
Oops
@@serenityknives no biggie
I’ll just blame it on autocorrect! 😂
